About the Fund
We are happy to announce that the Fund for the Development of the Country has started its charitable journey in September 2022! Our first step was to address the urgent needs of people from different parts of Ukraine who found themselves in difficult life circumstances.
Since then, we have received appeals from military personnel, village councils, boarding schools, large families, single mothers, widows of fallen soldiers, and the elderly. The fund rapidly expanded its activities! Therefore, our main goal is and always will be to spread kindness and support to those who need it, restoring hope and faith in a bright future to everyone who turns to us.

KEY PERSONS
"My name is Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Gorbachevskiy, I am 35 years old, and I am the founder of the Charitable Foundation for the Development of the Country. In the past, I worked in business and was forced to change the direction of my activities due to a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Starting from February 26, 2022, I joined the National Guard of Ukraine and chose the path of protecting my State. I spend a lot of energy and time on providing military service and providing assistance to all those in need.
I spend a lot of time and effort on successfully completing my military service and providing support to those who need it.
Now my life is connected with constant movements, being on the road and carrying out combat missions, but this fills me with inspiration and pride. I know that I have found my true purpose in life.
To remain useful to people everywhere has always been my motto, and for this reason, becoming the founder of a charitable foundation, I felt extremely satisfied.
Leadership and willingness to help people have always been my credo."
